Assistant General Manager Position Overview

• Monitoring daily employee performance.
• Ensure that daily sales goals are met.
• Train and integrate new workers.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and provide all guests with the best possible experience.
• Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages of the utmost quality using a variety of different brewing and preparation methods.
• Stay knowledgeable about our current beverage and food offerings.
• Share your joy and knowledge of menu items with our guests.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the entire store.
• Handle customer and employee complaints.
• Resolve conflicts between employees.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Characteristics for our Future Assistant General Manager

• Barista experience is a must
• ABC Certified
• Proven track record of coaching and developing team members.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Great communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Great customer service skills.
• Attentive to detail and must have a commitment to perfection.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Meticulous in terms of maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Reliable, timely, and trustworthy.
• Friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor.
• A flexible schedule; prospects should be able to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have a Food Handler’s certificate.
