The Porch was founded by musicians as a place for the neighborhood to gather for craft cocktails, great performances and tasty food. With ample outdoor seating and close proximity to the train and bus stations, it is an ideal place to grab a quick drink or stop in for a live show! For our employees, we pride ourselves on fostering a great work environment and creating opportunities for individual growth.
Ideal candidates will posses excellent interpersonal skills and be highly skilled in maintaining positive relationships with both guests and coworkers alike. Must be experienced in administrative duties (i.e effective scheduling practices along with proficiencies in payroll, POS system programming and inventory management). Beverage experience and a passion for live music are a plus!
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $70,000.00)
