We are a cozy, long standing casual restaurant serving Roman style pizza and pasta with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, local produce and Italian flavors. We are looking for someone to level up our pasta program. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate line cook to manage a small kitchen in collaboration with executive chef/owner. Position requires cooking of pasta, sauces, salads, charcuterie appetizers. Successful candidate will develop and execute weekly specials & help us upgrade our menu and existing menu items,. We appreciate creativity while working from a solid traditional base.
The ideal candidate must be passionate, goal-oriented and value-driven. Reliability is of utmost importance, as well as consistency in product. We are a small staff, maintaining a friendly, team environment, while striving to exceed customer expectation. Please send resume and references.
