We are a busy, cozy, long standing casual restaurant serving Roman style pizza and pasta with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, local produce and Italian flavors. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate line cook, to manage a small kitchen in collaboration with executive chef/owner. Position requires cooking of pasta, sauces, salads, soup, charcuterie. Successful candidate will collaborate on selection and development of weekly specials. in conjunction with availability of seasonal, local ingredients. We appreciate creativity while working from a base of traditional Italian flavors.
