Servers at Chevy Chase Club are professional, passionate, and capable of providing exceptional hospitality in a busy and refined restaurant environment. They have extensive knowledge of our house-made food and sommelier-curated wine list. They can confidently guide members and guests through our various offerings and are integral to creating a world-class experience. Our Servers become experts in refined hospitality and are often recruited to Bartenders and/or leadership positions.
This is a non-tipping club. Servers are compensated via their hourly rate, holiday bonus, and competitive benefits package.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A SERVER:
- One year of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds, as needed
- Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
