Uncle is seeking a strong manager and creative chef to support the executive team. The sous chef must have a team attitude in helping the restaurant grow. No duty is too small or too large. Must be able to handle personnel and creative duties. The best candidate will be humble, willing to learn and trust in the process of failure for growth and doing the right thing for the restaurant!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-An expert in all stations and training of all stations
-Learning our cuisine and growing the menu
-Experience with food cost control, ordering and working with purveyors
-Supporting the head chef in all duties
-Working with the front of house team to ensure overall operational success
-Experience with RASI accounting system a plus
-Must have 2 years experience in a similar role
