Required Years of Experience
Hop Alley is seeking a strong leader to support the executive team. The AGM must have a team attitude in helping the restaurant grow. No duty is too small or too large. Must be able to handle personnel and operational duties. The best candidate will be humble, hospitable, results driven, a creative problem solver and have the drive and passion to show our guests the best experience possible!
Must have experience in the principles of fine dining service, intensive food and beverage program, strong wine knowledge, event planning and team building. Our cuisine is based in regional Chinese food paired with a modern beverage program with a focus on natural wine.
Our service style is built upon the tenets of fine dining, but we are far from it. We have a creative, energetic atmosphere where the details are of the utmost importance, but so is individual style and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-An expert in all FOH stations and training of all stations
-Learning our cuisine and service style
-Experience with cost control, ordering and working with suppliers
-Supporting the General Manager in all duties
-Working with the BOH team to ensure overall operational success
-Experience with RASI accounting system a plus
-Must have 2 years experience in a similar role

Compensation: Salary ($63,000.00 - $68,000.00)
