Bellota Denver of Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality is looking for bar staff who are excited about
current food and beverage trends to join our team. At least 1-year bartending experience is
preferred for this position.
Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and organizational skills, warm hospitable demeanor
and present themselves well. We are looking for motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-
paced knowledge-based environment with high attention to detail.
About Bellota’s Bar Program:
o High focus on agave spirits
o Keg cocktail and frozen cocktail program
o Emphasis on Mexican ingredients
o We have a high attention to detail and service that we provide
Bar staff is responsible for, but not limited to:
o Handling money
o Following existing opening, closing, and cleaning SOPs
o Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage menus
o Adhering to production lists
o Ensuring bar cleanliness
o Contributing creative ideas to the team
o Warm and engaging guest interaction and service
The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:
o Able to work well as part of a team
o Able to stand and work on their feet for periods up to 8 hours
o Classic cocktail basics
o Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
o Strong desire to learn and grown within the industry
o Honesty and reliability
o Ability to understand and execute excellent steps of service
o Good time management, organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes in a
fast-paced environment
o High attention to detail
o Strong communication skills
o Night and weekend availability
o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
