We're looking for Kitchen Staff to join Oliva Restaurant Group’s brand-new concept, Carmel, slated to open in April 2023 in Buckhead Village District. The team opening Carmel has worked for several James Beard award winning concepts, if you are looking to be a part of an exciting restaurant opening and in a space with room to grow in hospitality, Carmel is the restaurant for you.

PAY RANGE
$16-24 per hour depending on experience and job role qualifactions
Qualifications:

1+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress

Food Handling and Safety knowledge

Knife and measuring skills; manual dexterity and speed

Knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques

Ability to read and follow recipes

Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Strong organizational and communication skills

Duties:

Ensure your station is set up, stocked, and maintained

Keep up with the flow of service efficiently

Prepare components specific to your station

Report to the chef on duty and follow instructions

Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards

Organize and clean station prior to, during, and after service

Stock inventory and supplies

Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff
