The Ray Hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to join the Culinary Team!

Set in the Pineapple Grove Arts District of Delray Beach, this beautiful Tropical Modernism style hotel opened as a Hilton Curio Collection in Fall 2021 with 141-rooms, over 14,000 square feet of event space, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants (one of which is by famed Michelin-starred Chef, Akira Back), a lobby lounge, rooftop lounge and pool, a coffee shop, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will assist in the various food and beverage outlets managing a team of 10 and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
