The ideal candidate should have
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a line cook or Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of various japanese ingredients and preparations.
- Attention to detail, and understand of the importance of quality over quantity.
- Great knife skills
You must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude.
If you do not have deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine, must be open to learning.
