Job Details

Prepare high quality, fresh, SOUL FOOD food items in a timely manor using exact recipes of PLK
Always early or on time and reliable to work shifts as scheduled
MUST be Available Monday-Friday (8a-4p or 3p-8p. Also some Sundays as needed
FOOD TRUCK shifts available for extra BONUS PAY $$
Must be "Very experienced" in commercial cooking/frying and managing a steam table set up daily (Entrees, Sides, etc)
Must be able to Lead, Train others and self motivate
Wash dishes during shifts and help close (when/if needed)
Follow recipes for all items as directed at ALL times. NO exceptions.
Able to handle many orders at once
Prep, Cook and store of all items to be used by other shifts
Adheres to all health food safety and sanitation
Regular performance based pay increases and/or semi-annual bonus

SERVSAFE CERTIFIED *optional* (current or within 6 months of hire) EXTRA BONUS GIVEN $$
