Our Open Opportunity

The Pastry Cook II  ­­­­­­­is an essential member of the Pastry Department which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about pastry!  The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years pastry experience. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. Candidate must be open to coaching and feedback and be comfortable holding their team accountable. The Pastry chef will work closely with the Executive Chef on banquet and amenity creation and production.Some additional qualifications include ability to work flexible hours in accordance to business demand (Holidays, weekends, etc).

The individual in this role will have visibility in the operations and as a character of the hotel team. Providing recognition, promoting positive public relations and handling concerns or special guest requests.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
