About This Role

Assistant Servers are responsible in assisting guests with water/refilling, bussing, and running food throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness across the venue and positivity in guest interactions. You will work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our clients, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains tables by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses and being alert to guest needs
• Works with the team to ensure setup of dining room prior to service
• Maintains sanitation to Department of Health standards, inspects dining room continually to ensure compliance

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience bussing in a high-volume restaurant
• A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
• Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
• The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
• Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
