Job Details

We are seeking a strong sous chef for Chang Chang, a restaurant now open in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. We feature 2 business concepts in one - with a carryout and upscale casual service - under the culinary directon by multi-unit operating chefs Peter Chang and Pichet Ong. Experience in a Chinese kitchen not necessary, however, reliability, dedication, and having organization and clear communication skills, and ability to motivate, train, and mentor a multi-lingual and talented team a must.
