The William Vale, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's most desired neighborhood, Williamsburg, features an all-day restaurant on the ground floor, a rooftop cocktail bar boasting panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, as well as a multi-faceted banquet and catering department.
Ideal candidates possess:
*Warm and gracious service approach.
*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge.
*The ability to function highly in a busy environment with full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge.
*Great communication skills.
*Flexible availability on nights and weekends.
