INTRO: Located in Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena will be Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s first new restaurant in New York in nearly a decade. A fun yet elevated trattoria, La Sirena will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This white-tablecloth restaurant will be styled in a modern Italian palette of gray tones with accents of white marble, brass, and blackened steel. La Sirena will offer a high-quality dining experience marked with gracious, detail-oriented service in a fun and lively environment.
FRONT OF HOUSE: Even at the highest volume of clientele we expect La Sirena's service team to ensure that each guest has a fantastic dining or drinking experience that they will want to repeat again and again. Our goal is to create a positive, educational, and motivating work environment that every teammate will be responsible for maintaining. Excellent communication skills, patience, quick thinking, and a persistent desire to teach and learn are all characteristics we look for in our teammates.
This is a full-time position, and you must be able to work a variety of different shifts. Adherence to the La Sirena dress and personal hygiene code is required.
