Danke has been open for nearly seven years inside of Revival Food Hall. The sister restaurant to the award-winning Table, Donkey and Stick, we serve sandwiches featuring local ingredients on house-baked baguettes. We also focus on small production wines and beers, house charcuterie and artisanal cheeses. We are seeking an assistant general manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, as well as to work with ownership to maintain our quality standards, manage labor and cost of goods, and grow the business.
Danke is open 10am-5pm Monday & Friday, 10am-7pm Tuesday-Thursday. We have a fast-paced, high-volume lunch service and a 12-seat bar for counter service and evening happy hour. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
The right candidate will be passionate about customer service and guest interaction, love great food and beverages, and be highly self-motivated and eager to take ownership of their role. At least one year of management experience as well as previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
