Smoque Steak is a first-of-its kind steak destination built around a unique smoke-and-sear method for producing exceptionally delicious and distinctive steaks. 

The team behind Smoque BBQ has re-imagined the classic American steakhouse around the idea that it doesn’t need to be grandiose to be special. It doesn’t need to be pretentious to be unique. It doesn’t need to be exorbitant to be great. 

We are looking to fill multiple Front of House positions, including servers, bartenders, server assistants, and hosts.

The Server Assistant position is paid at full hourly starting at $16 an hour, with participation in the full house tip pool, which will add another $3-$8 an hour to the total compensation. 

The Server Assistant is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant. 

They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.
