Seeking Line Cooks to work mainly PM SHIFTS.
Potential applicants must be motivated with excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Must be able to work cleanly, efficiently, and with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparation.
Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Applicants should have a passion for seasonal produce and whole animal butchery that lends to an ever changing and challenging menu.
1-2 year of fine dining culinary experience.
Advanced product knowledge. Interest in and familiarity with local, seasonal and unique ingredients.
Culinary degree preferred.
Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and continuous improvement.
All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Must be able to work 5 days a week, averaging 50 hours a week, weekends and holidays.
