Osteria Morini in DC Navy Yards from famed, award-winning hospitality firm Altamarea Group (Highly-acclaimed NYC favorites Marea, Ai Fiori) is looking for fun-loving, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate HOURLY PIZZA COUNTER TEAM MEMBERS to join the Nicoletta Pizza Kiosk team. Nicoletta/Osteria Morini offers employees a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a management team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.

Compensation is $18/h plus tips.

This is a hybrid position where you would rotate between producing / cooking pizzas or working the pizza counter / bartending.

Pizza Counter Responsibilities include:

• Greet and interact with guests to make them feel welcome
• Cashier Responsibilities: Take food orders and handle credit card transactions
• Bartending Responsibilities: Make basic drinks, stock canned beverages, etc.
• Pizza Production Responsibilities: Pizza dough prep, restock line, produce/bake pizzas
• Proficient in the following areas: food prep, customer service, safety and sanitation

Pizza Counter Requirements:

• Genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Prior Counter or Quick Service (QSR) experience
• Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive attitude and open-minded and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi task and remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs including weekends. This position is seasonal for Spring/Summer/Fall.
