Our baking company is seeking Baker professionals with a passion for food prep and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. A successful Baker will have prior experience in bakery and café settings, as well as an ability to work in a stressful environment. Our Baker professionals will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs walk/stand for 7+ hours
- Learn new recipes and follow instructions to bake pastries and other confections.
- Communicate with customers when possible to answer their questions about the menu.
- Assit in production, including organization and cleaniliness of cafe/bakery.
- Daily quality control with all baked goods to maintain high standards.
- Accepting deliveries may apply.
- Assist with menu development and tastings
- Basic knowledge of baking and pastry and attention to details.
