This position pays hourly plus tips--we are busy, and tips are strong. Other benefits include health insurance, covered 50% by company. Currently open Tuesday-Saturday lunch and dinner service, closed Sunday/Monday. Weekday lunch and Saturday dinner availability required.

Food Runners at Monteverde are responsible for ensuring that each dish is delivered to guests quickly and properly while maintaining a hospitable demeanor. Duties include:

• Serving all plated food to guests at their seats, with proper presentation
• Full understanding of all menu items
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Restocking of clean dishes to proper storage locations
• Set up and break down of expediting station

Must be pleasant, conscientious, fast and professional with good knowledge of food. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality hospitality.
