Casa Mono is accepting applications for a Junior Sommelier who is passionate about Spanish wines and cuisine. Casa Mono is a fast paced yet small restaurant with a deep wine list of 500 labels. This sommelier must be hospitality driven, and able to sell and discuss wines with guests. Motivate and educate individuals, multi-task, and have knowledge of food and wine pairings. It is preferred if the sommelier has completed CMS Intro or WSET Level 2
The sommeliers duties will include:
Working closely with the wine and management team
Actively selling wines
Hourly Plus Tips
Ability To Lift 40+ Lbs
Basic Floor Service
Classic Wine Service Expertise
Classic Wine Service Knowledge
Food & Wine Pairings
