Responsibilities
• Train and develop cooks and bakers to company standards
• Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange stock accordingly, ordering and inventory applications, FIFO, and organization of storage for ingredients and prep
• Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications
• Experience working as a sous chef or kitchen manager
• High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines, ServSafe certification preferred
• Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed with a high level of communication skills and emotional responsibility
• Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
