Afici is hiring for Chef de Parties. Chef de Partie is responsible for the opening prep and running of their station. This is a good position for someone looking to develope and grow into a mangement role.
Candidates will have a passion for food and wine paired with strong leadership, communication, and knife skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
A culinary degree or kitchen experience in an ambitious/fine dining environment is a plus!
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $24.00)
