General Manager for Casual Dining Concept
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations including opening and/or closing the restaurant, staff hiring/training/management, programming and maintenance of Toast POS and Open Table reservation systems, and coordination with the upper management team. Provide a healthy and positive work environment for all staff, and create fun, memorable dining experiences for our guests. Work closely with the group's leadership team, which will support you with beverage programs and overall administration.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm and ability to connect with people
3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
Strong Food and Beverage knowledge
Ability to forecast and control labor
Prior opening/new restaurant experience a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary range $80-95K DOE
Additional Bonus plan (up to 10% of salary)
