Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther  are hiring full-time Lead Pastry cooks. Join our passionate team to execute seasonal plated desserts and pastries with state-of-the-art tools and high-volume production with an emphasis on quality and flavor. This is an hourly cook position with opportunities for growth.

 RGK and KHC are the product of years of culinary partnership between Chef Gabriel Kreuther and Pastry Chef Marc Aumont. Joining our team provides the opportunity to work with inventive pastry concepts, training and learning in pastry through classical French technique and inspired by classic New York and Global flavor combinations.

Responsibilities will encompass all elements of restaurant production, menu development, different avenues of restaurant menu concepts as well as some assisting with chocolate production.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. Team players are a must. 
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work closely with the pastry chef.

 Experience:

• Prior degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred, but not required
• 1-2 years working in a restaurant setting in the pastry department
