The Daytime General Manager at eeva is responsible for guaranteeing a consistently great experience for all guests, as well as a smooth and highly functional workplace for employees. The Daytime GM is expected to be a strong and resourceful leader at all times, representing the needs of the business as directed and creating a healthy environment while doing so. An ideal candidate for this role is an extroverted self-starter who has a passion for creating a top-tier food and beverage experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with many different people across different stations and departments to reach a common goal.

• Create a high-level, cohesive, and consistent customer experience for all guests of eeva
• Act as point person for all daytime employees, including scheduling and daily management for all departments
• Possess ability to solve day-to-day issues with minimal intervention or oversight
• Hold purchasing duties for all daytime supplies, coordinating with the PM operation when necessary
• Understand the mechanics of the bakery and cafe operation, and be able to fill certain roles when staffing emergencies arise
• Curate a great vibe in the shop at all times by ensuring that all aspects of the environment are dialed in according to standards
• Participate in hiring, firing, and discipline
• Meet with ownership on a regular basis to establish goals and track performance

Requirements:

• Early morning availability
• Weekend availability (both weekend days preferred, one consistent weekend day a necessity)
• Ability to lift 20lbs unassisted and up to 100lbs assisted
