We are currently seeking Captains with a passion for service and hospitality to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have:
• Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including table marking, proper wine glass placement & general table maintenance and leading the team through service
• Ability to speak confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages
• Advanced understanding of wine and cocktails preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or NYT 2 to 4-star restaurants preferred
