Stonemill Matcha is seeking a pastry cook to join our team!
We focus on Japanese inspired pastries, utilizing the best ingredients available. From Japanese flavors like mochi and bean paste, to classic cream pies with a matcha twist!
We are seeking:
• motivated individuals with at least one year of professional kitchen experience, or equivalent culinary education is required. Baking experience is highly valued
• a guest focused and guest driven attitude
• team players who share our commitment to excellent quality in our products and service
Candidate Capabilities and Requirements:
• MUST be organized, tidy and work with a sense of urgency
• Must be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards
• Must have Food Handler's License
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
