Job Details

TUR Kitchen draws its inspiration from the rich and vibrant Mediterranean basin, which encompasses such diverse destinations and culinary hotbeds as Southern France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Türkiye, and Northern Africa. 

Required Experience: 2+ years as a Sous chef in a fine dining setting, 4+ years as a cook.
Classic training is preferred. Should be able to perform all aspects of meat and fish butchery, sauces, and be comfortable on all stations. Pastry experience is a plus.
Needs experience with ordering and receiving,
Inventory management
Food costs
Recipe development
Managing and directing BOH staff 
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.
Financial acumen a plus.
Scheduling a plus.
Looking for someone to whom quality and standards are everything.
Learning and self-development are non-stop.
