Safta Restaurant in RiNo is looking for part and full-time production/prep cook positions for James Beard award-winning Chef Alon Shaya's modern Israeli restaurant. 

We offer a very competitive wage, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, daily meals, discounts at the restaurant, and have positions for both part and full-time.  We are also willing to train the right candidate if you have limited experience.  

Our production/prep cooks are responsible for our recipe prep, this is a position for someone with good knowledge of techniques and recipes.  Our kitchen relies on this position for most of the batches and recipes that make Safta the restaurant that it is.  This is a great stepping stone to a chef position as you would be responsible for daily pars/prep lists, meat and fish fabrication, and is a great way to learn a large variety of recipes and flavors.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
