Qualified candidates will have:
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in high-volume, well-rated restaurant
- Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
- An Associate's degree from a culinary focused university highly preferred
- Experience with regional korean cuisine is highly preferred
