If you are seeking work/life balance this is exactly what we are providing. Our staff work a normal 40 hour week with 2 days off. We seek a PM Lead Saute Cook as well as a Grill Cook. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is important to this position. We seek Passionate Culinary Artists. The ideal candidate must keep a level head, be able to accept constructive criticism, love cooking and take great pride in his or her ingredients/station/craft. Creativity is encouraged!! We are able to teach menu development if the candidate is interested. We offer medical/dental benefits after 90 days, 2 weeks paid vacation after your first year, discounts on hotel rooms with Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Historic Hotels of America plus dining discounts at the restaurant. We are closed on Sunday and Wednesdays as well as the following holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day) Pay is commensurate with experience.
