After more than 8 years at the forefront of Denver's restaurant industry, Chefs Alex Seidel, Executive Chef Alex Astranti and Mercantile dining & provision are kicking off a new era beginning with this search for a Sous Chef to assist in leading our culinary operations at the restaurant in line with it's legacy, the company mission statement, and respective of the restaurant identity and service standards. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits including paid time off, PAID health insurance, and upcoming bonus program.
Our ideal candidate has experience leading a kitchen and assisting in developing menus, an eagerness to work with Chef Astranti and expand their skill set and is seeking an opportunity to make their mark and lead Mercantile into the future. Chef Seidel is also the Chef owner of Fruition Restaurant (2007), 3 Chook Chicken locations (2018), Roca's Pizza and Pasta (2021) and another Mercantile at Denver International Airport (2022)
