BAD ROMAN, the latest project from Quality Branded is seeking a talented BUTCHER. We are serving high-end modern and classic Italian cuisine in a high volume environment.
The Butcher is primarily a daytime position, and you would be cleaning and portioning Filet Mignon, portioning chicken, portioning Salmon, cleaning Branzino, and other similar tasks.
You have:
- a passion for restaurants
- at least 3 years of restaurant experience
- at least 1 year as a full time, high volume restaurant butcher
- availability to work daytime, nights and weekends
- a willingness to learn and grow
