Primary Purpose
We are looking an ecstatic and motivated individual for a full-time or part-time ENTRY-LEVEL Assistant Manger for the morning and/or night shift. At FUDO, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and performance management of employees. This postion is good for someone who has been in the restaruant industry for awhile and looking for a way to step into management or a recent graduate with a great work ethic! The Assistant Manager reports and works with the General Manager.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- PART-TIME: 30-40 Hours/week (hourly)
- FULL-TIME: 45-50 Hours/ week (salary)
- Open & Close the restaurant
- Supervision over ALL Departments
- Work with HR to ensure ALL Employees are folliwng proper restaurant policies and procedures
- Ensure each department is running smooth and efficiently
- Manage a Log book, voids and other up-to-date information and incidents
- Check 86 items
- Manage the Floor
- table-check; ensure guest are recieving a positive experince
- handle customer complaints and concerns

Requirements:
- References from previous establishment will be required to verify employment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of Restaurant Experience
- 1+ years Supervisory/ Managerial experience (a plus but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills is a MUST
