Conshy Girls Restaurant Group is looking for a hospitality professional to join our team at Gypsy Saloon!
What will you do?
- You will work hand in hand with our two other Restaurant Managers so you will not be in this alone.
- Support the Director of Operations and Owners of Conshy Girls Holdings, Inc. along with the other Gypsy Saloon managers in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Scheduling and staffing of Front of House employees and maintain fully-staffed operations
- Manage shift activity to ensure the best guest experience possible
- Run effective, collaborative, and informative pre-shift staff meetings
- Demonstrate and enforce our internal policies and procedures
- Train and develop restaurant staff
- Handle guest concerns according to our standards and best practices
- Responsible for all safety and maintenance concerns within the restaurant
So, what are we looking for in a Restaurant Manager?
- One year of experience managing in high-volume restaurants preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to lead a team
- Capable of identifying problems and determining accurate solutions on every shift
- Love for all things food and beverage
- Be caring, self-motivated, and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellent
- Must be available to work any shifts or schedules
- A person looking to grow in an AMAZING company
- Computer Savvy (Microsoft Office, Graphic-Design Tool Website)
