Sfoglina Downtown, located just blocks from City Center, features an intimate dining room, an expansive bar and a menu with handmade pasta from Italian tradition, reflecting classics and regional specialties from throughout Italy, changing often and including daily specials. Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of culinary experience in an upscale casual restaurant. Experience with high volume a plus
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
• Previous experience with Italian or Spanish restaurants a plus
• Full and part time positions available
