Responsibilities:

• Must have a strong sense of urgency be able to deal with staff and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers, liners, and bus stations
• Accurate delivery and description of guest menu selections by seat number

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a qualified restaurant 
• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
• Written and verbal comprehension of English language
• Team oriented
• Fine Dining experience a plus
