Job Details
Bramble & Hare Bistro seeks an experienced level-two sommelier to help lead our wine program. The candidate will have a passion for customer service, teaching, and leadership.

Our sommeliers, chefs, and farmers work in unison to craft memorable dining experiences that connect our guests to the land and soil of the region. Our sommeliers share their passion for wine, their discoveries, and their knowledge via stories that add depth to the guests' wine experience.

Assistant Wine Director is tasked with the responsibility of floor sommolier 4 nights per week minimum and assisting with the management of our wine program; which includes maintaining accurate and changing 250 bottle list / extensive BTG list/tasting options, training the staff on both wine and service, and managing the program's cost within the budget.

Future growth opportunity/involvement with our sister restaurant, Black Cat Farm Table Bistro, as it reopens for farm dinners this summer.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($70,000.00)
