CDC Responsibilities
- Provide supportive leadership to kitchen staff throughout food service
- Help with hiring and training of new kitchen staff
- Take charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties
- Ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure supplies are fresh and of high quality
- Practice strong knife skills and working knowledge of kitchen equipment such as grills, woks, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparation
Pay Structure & Benefits
- Total Pay Range: $90,000-100,000/year
- 2 weeks Paid Time Off per year
