POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the General Management team of Little Saint, the Floor Manager will work directly with staff, guests and the management team in creating memorable dining experiences for our customers, continually improving our quality of service, and help our team reach their full potential. The Floor Manager will assist in scheduling, training, procedure creation and adherence. This position requires a full-time commitment and open availability.

• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
