PB Bistro and Boulangerie is renown throughout Cape Cod as the go-to destination for its charming bistro as well as the boulangerie’s artisanal baked breads, croissants, sandwiches, and pastries.

Opened in 2009 by Chef Philippe Rispoli, hailing from Lyon, France, this bistro provides a taste of France in this coastal town. PB Boulangerie is perhaps the Cape’s best-kept secret – although it attracts scores and scores of customers who thrill to get their fill on the French la vie.

PB Boulangerie Bistro in open for dinner in a casual yet elegant atmosphere. It offers approachable classic and modern French cuisine, as well as an impeccable wine list.  

This is a year-round, part or full-time position, and an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in a nurturing environment. Owners Philippe and Eliza Rispoli have dedicated themselves to working with the best people and allowing them to grow in a positive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Dishingwashing for Bakery and Bistro 
• Works with Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure a maximum level of sanitation and satisfaction.
• Effective communication throughout the restaurant.
• Supports a motivating environment.
