Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and inspire genuine hospitality while leading service on the floor
• Educator of the staff on all aspects of the restaurant: menu specifications, products/vendor sourcing, processes, specials, facilities, etc. Deliberate and prepared to provide uplifting and educational pre-shifts daily.
• Ensures all functions of the restaurant are operating in flow and supporting each department throughout each shift; knowing where to be and when to be there by having a pulse on the restaurant.
• Maintain a safe and stable work environment for the entire staff. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
