You Deserve Transparency; Our food is grown and raised on farms, where we have developed relationships and have the same ideals and culture we do, delivered to our doors straight from the farm whenever possible, then prepared by our team.

Our vision & ambition is bold; to build a restaurant that not only cares about supply chain, but also the people who work in it and support it; real solutions are never simple fixes. Put the health & lively hood of our employees, animals, earth, taste and transparency first. Building a better cleaner world, from one block in New York City. Ethnically source all meats & seafoods, obtain most of our lettuces and herbs from local farmers who meet our growing standards, Grains and flours milled to our specs with little processing needed. Access to health care and mental health care for all employees. All while cooking the cuisine of “Italian with a Southern Drawl.”
