Boulettes Larder (located in the San Francisco Ferry Building Marketplace) is seeking a FULL TIME administrative assistant + communications/operations manager for our multi-layered food universe (restaurant, online shop, specialty grocery, private dining venue, bustling bar, pizzeria ) in the Ferry Building Marketplace of San Francisco.

Responsibility Areas ( can expand as your grow into the role )
- Communications Chief and Operations Manager for private dining : messaging, main point of contact for clients, bookings, reservation agreements etc.
- Production Manager of printed daily menus and other printed collateral
- Coordination and customer service for online shop food orders
- Curation of Instagram posts: planning, writing, producing static posts and video posts
- Oversee tech maintenance (laptops, printers, Square devices) with our IT contractors; manage files, inventory sheets, other vital data
- Coordinate talent searches: job postings, interviews, etc.
- General administrative support: scanning, filing, restaurant bookings, fielding phone calls, misc. errands
Qualifications:
- At least three years administrative experience
- College degree preferred
- Fulltime M-F; opportunity for additional hours on weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Square for Restaurants, and Instagram and other social media; generally fluent in technology basics.
