Holeman + Finch Public House has recently relocated to the newly renovated Colony Square, in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, and we’re actively hiring for the grand reopening of our beloved pub. We strive to cook good food, pour honest drinks and serve our community with a smile!  We’re slated to open in late January and are ready to hire the best team Atlanta has to offer!

We are on the search for charismatic and welcoming Baristas to join our team at our modern spin on the classic public house. We know the people make the place, and we’re looking for the best to join our team! 

To be a successful Barista with us you must:

• Be motivated and enjoy working one-on-one with our guests.
• Be a morning person and have morning availability
• Demonstrate professionalism and a high level of service
• Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the guest
• Possess the ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks
• Be detail oriented, clean, sanitary and organized.

 
If you’re this kind of person, here’s what you can expect your day to look like:

• Welcome guests with kindness and warmth
• Attend daily line up meetings to learn of the day’s specials
• Entice guests with our coffee offerings and make their beverages to order
• Inform guests of the day’s daily pastry selection
• Maintain quality and curiosity by studying our Beverage Guide and doing your own coffee research during slower times of the day
• Help maintain coffee equipment by following proper operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and notifying management of needed repairs

 
Education/Experience Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Barista
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
• Food safety knowledge
