The Pearl Club Chicago is a new intimate Cocktail Lounge And Kitchen by James Beard award winning restaunier Rob Katz from the Boka Group and Matt Ruder from the Rüder Group located in the former iconic Emmits Irish pub. Katz and Ruder will bring to life a sultry, rich-in-personality cocktail lounge nestled in the heart of Chicago’s next great neighborhood
Physical Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 35 lbs
- A functional knowledge of any POS system
- A functional knowledge of basic cash handling procedures
- A genuine passion for warm hospitality and craft cocktails
- Ablity to build and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and guests.
- Ability to clearly communicate our concept and vision to our guests
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of service
- A strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer and wine, and a willingness to learn
- An openness to coaching toward our personal brand

- Create a warm and hospitable environment for everyone
- Provide a memorable and transportive guest experience
- Accurately process payments
- Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages
- Maintain product and menu knowledge
- Work within a tip pool system
